Napleton's Elgin Kia

I saw a car priced at $11,500 and decided to go for it. When ready to make the purchase, they added sone “fees” and price got increased to over $12,000. Also, while delivering the car to me, they went through tolls without paying and didn’t let me know. I later received toll bills from Illinois Tollways. I do not recommend.

I spoke to the customer and apologized for his experience. Our service manager made a mistake in warranty coverage, and I have spoken to him about the incident. The customer had already been refunded as well. I told the customer to please use me as a point of contact in the future. [redacted]...
