additional in store credit towards the purchase of any vehicle in our dealer group.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2014/12/25) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Hello, I don't consider 450.00 a great deal for 4 oil changes. When I received Mr. [redacted] offer I replied in the email, because of the poor customer service his staff practices, that I never intend to purchase a car at his dealership that refunding all but 170.00 would be fair. I would pay for the four oil changes I did get. Guess what. He never responded. No wonder there is such bad customer service and response. Not even the owner replies or answers. I have cashed the check and will continue to tell people of the bad experience and how horrible the customer serve is at the dealership. Word of mouth hurts more than me dwelling on it.
Thank you!
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2014/12/29) */
