Our salesperson, Abby, was great. But the managers didn't know what they were doing. It was a comedy show, Laurel and Hardy!!!. The first manager gives us one price, we sign on it, then a second manager comes with a higher price. We say no and leave. Then the first manager leaves a funny phone message saying he has GREAT news and congratulates us in advance for our amazing deal. We call him and he quotes the exact same price as the second manager. Then we get a call from a third manager who lowers the second manager's price by $6 per month. We decided to laugh instead of cry! It was nuts! The clowns abound at Napelton's Volkswagon!!!
DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE!!! I have had 3 different VW vehicles and I normally GO TO ORLANDO VW NORTH (I should have never gone anywhere else). I went to Napleton to test drive a very specific trim that was new to the market. I have NEVER dealt with a more FRUSTRATING and DISRESPECTFUL dealership. I will say that Stanley in sales, as well as Kaitlyn and another woman, I did not get properly introduced to, were shining stars and are truly phenomenal with their customers. I am thankful for them. Unfortunately, my experience is marked by the condescending remarks and behavior of Michael, the sales manager and Marlon, in finance. Michael spoke to me as if I was an inconvenience and stupid even though I was the one purchasing the car but then spoke to my 2 male guests properly and looked them in the eye. He also spoke to another woman at the table next to us with the same sexist tone and even made the gesture of his fingers slicing across his neck to her when he was finished "wasting his time." and then told her to come back when her husband was available. Marlon started off great but then screwed up having me sign the original paperwork with the wrong APR resulting in me having to sign new paperwork 2 days later when I came to pick up my new vehicle and blamed that issue on "the dummy up front". When I pressed him for the gentleman's name, he said it didn't matter "he's not very good at his job." and finally said the man's name was Julio. He also would tell me anything to get me out of his office or off the phone when I questioned him about a check I was suppose to receive to pay off my lease. He told me different excuses multiple times just so he didn't have to deal with me. Come to find out my check that he told me several times was in the mail or on the accountant's desk or not cut yet was actually none of those things. THREE WEEKS AFTER finishing the financing deal, I was given the check by hand and the manager, Julio, told me it was a complete mistake and it was ready 48 hours after the deal was made but never got to the correct people. (Not to mention I had to force ground my lease because the dealership never took care of it even after 3 weeks which could've resulted in me continuing to make payments!!!!!) WHY DIDNT MARLON OR SAMUEL OR ANYONE ELSE I SPOKE TO FIGURE THAT OUT?!?! I was constantly pushed aside. I'm thankful for the 2 ladies who wouldn't let the issue go and got me my money. Even with their help and kindness, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND INCREDIBLY
