HEED THE WARNINGS ON YELP!!! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! Product, Quality, and Customer Service are worse than HORRIBLE!!!
If I could give a ZERO, I would There is a reason why there are so many negative reviews There is a HUGE discrepancy to the expectations
WINDOWS: The top window falls down fairly easily There is NO WAY to lock the top portion of the window without locking the entire window If you have your bottom window open, you must have the tabs engaged to avoid the top window falling all the way down So you guessed the two things:
Your window is only open about 2" when the taps are engaged
You need to get the full screen option because bugs will fly in
If you live in the suburbs or city, HUGE security issue if you don't have your window fully closed or the tabs engaged
SLIDING GLASS DOOR: The door itself is average Not worth the money you pay Make sure you go over EVERY detail Even the screen (details below)
THE PROCESS: Sales person is very nice, but there must be a disconnect to the conversations to what they ordered Thankfully, they come out and do a second measurement because the original measurements were wrong done by the sales rep The screen door for the slider was wrong for installation Second appointment - the screen door was wrong again Third appointment - finally fit But color me surprised when the slider doesn't open by sliding You must push a cheap (and I mean cheap) plastic level down each time you want to enter or leave the screen door Don't be confused.....this is not the lock of the screen door So you guessed it, you are not walking in or out to your deck or patio with arms full This cheap plastic latch is not very easy to use I called the office and talked to Kyla Her position...it seems like our door is working just fine you don't like it Well for $4,for a window and a sliding door, I better like it The installer's position, if it breaks we will give you another door I said it took me almost months to get this door Your customer service is terrible
They will heckle you to the point of being annoying when scheduling appointments One day, I was in a meeting, and my customer asked if someone had died because of the amount of times they called in a short period of time
Bottom Line: They are not worth the money, and they will waste your time Don't believe their responses that they make it right THEY DO NOT!!! The only thing you can be guaranteed with them is a HEADACHE!!!
DON'T CALL, DON'T BUY, AND DON'T INVEST ONE SECOND OF YOUR TIME IT WILL BE TIME YOU WILL NEVER GET BACK!!

I set up an appointment with a sales repI told them when I called that I had a physical therapy apptat 12:15pm that day because I was recovering from shoulder surgeryThey told me that since the rep would be arriving at 10:00am this wouldn't be an issue since they only needed an hour
When the rep arrived I remind him I had an appt and would have to leave no later that 11:so I could get there on timeHe gave me his pitch and then went to measure my windowsWe sat down at my kitchen table to discuss pricing about 11:and I reminded him that I would need to be leaving in minutesHe said it wouldn't be a problemHe rambled on and on and 11:I reminded him I would have to leave in minutesWhen he continued to hard sell me I started to put on my boots and reminded him it was 11:and I would need to leave soonHe continued his high pressure tactics even though I told him I was only getting comparison bids at this timeAt 11:I got up and went to my hall closet to get my coat and told him I had to leave for my apptHe told me to wait while he tried to get me a better deal with his sales manager via phoneI finally opened my front door and told him to pack up his stuff and get the hell out because I had to leaveIt was noon before I could get this clown out of my house
I'm yrs old and I thought I was going to have to call the police to kick this guy out of my homeThat WN would subject seniors to tactics such as this is appalling I could see where an senior would be intimidated into signing a contract just to get these people out of their homeI've had many sales reps give me a presentation and have NEVER encountered people like this
If that wasn't bad enough even after all my complaining the sales rep began calling me at home in the evening harassing me about signing a contractUNBELIEVABLE!

Horrible company!! If you do not sign off on their proposal during the consultation they will increase the price to an astronomical numberThis company model is similar to high pressure 'Power Sellers' and forces the customer to make a quick decision without letting them do their researchSales pitch includes misconstrued facts which should lead the customer to believe this company has the highest satisfaction ratings when in reality they have horrible reviews on most notable outletsThe pitch also includes an entire section attempting to belittle each competitor individually which is the most tasteless sales technique for any company to attemptI would strongly discourage anyone from wasting their time with this company since they basically tell you they will rob you unless you sign off during their visit
The one positive is that the sales guy was very nice, I actually feel bad that he works for such a ridiculous company

Window Nation out of Twinsburg, Ohio is not a company you should waste your time on. After a door to door solicitor was interesting enough to convince us to schedule to get a free estimate for 14 windows in our house and we agreed to all their terms to come to our house and daily calls to confirm our appointment... they never showed up for the appointment or even called.

We were very put off by the rules for which they will come to your house for a free estimate; such as both the husband and wife had to be present and you had to agree to 60 minutes of their time. I even had to reaffirm my understanding to these terms on several phone calls made to confirm the appointment. They called on weekends, evenings and even the morning before the scheduled appointment.

We did a quick clean of the house and even the windows. My husband made a point to come home early so not to be late for the sales person and free estimate. They never showed or called.

I gave Window Nation a deposit for my order on October 12th, Now on December 9th, I have been able to get them to come and install the windows. This company is the worst. From the receptionist who cannot take messages to all employees I interacted with, there is no accountability. I knew I had made a mistake as soon as I gave my deposit. I requested my money back to no avail because getting customers money is the only thing this company cares about. It is not a full service company but appears to contract with another company called [redacted] which is equally unprofessional. By choosing Window Nation, a project I was enthused about became a nightmare!
