My calls are not returned I signed a clause for 45% fees I got 73% fees My check for bladder sling was 26% of 15, Not 55% Just be careful Disappointed with service and outcome of this litigation I will send this on Facebook and other sites Thing is I have another claim that Napoli is working on Yikes

This review is to complain about how they are still holding the settlement money in the "9/Zadorga Bill"How can they still have the money? When will they give it to the victims & the families who lost someone? How can they get away with this? People have waited for years to receive this award money and Bern R*** get to hold on to it for as long as they wantThey were also in trouble for over billing the families & victimsThey are lawyers and we all know about lawyers, I just assumed they would have a little honor on this one
