Mrs [redacted] came into the dealership on 5/19/and talk to one of my managersMrs [redacted] said she took her car to another Nissan dealer where they told her she needed her rotors cut and the car had some seepage (was not dripping oil) we offered to bring the car into the shop to look at what the other dealer said was neededIf it needed what the other dealer said we would take care of it at no chargeWe also offered to take the car in trade for another vehicleMrs [redacted] was not happy with either optionFeel free to call me at ###-###-#### for any other questionsThank you

look at what the other dealer said was needed. If it needed what the other dealer said we would take care of it at no charge. We also offered to take the car in trade for another vehicle.
