Customer purchased car on march 4th of 2016, on April 22nd she came in for a concern regarding anti-freeze smell, breaks making a slight noise, and a shake at high speeds. At that point we order all parts to correct problems at concern. On May 11th of 2016 we repaired vehicle, at our expense...
with coolant leak totaling 716.63. There was a tire repair which was the result of a nail on the side wall of the tire, which customer paid 179.99, which was just cost of tire and mount and balance. On may 23rd of 2016 we addressed the brake noise, in which we replace pad's and rotors at no expense to the customer. The items that Mrs. [redacted] states are normal wear and tear items that every vehicle needs to be kept in normal running condition.
