Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I called to ask then when I can pass by the dealer to pock up the key that supousedly was readyThey just ware lying, there was not keyI had been calling all week and still today September 9, there is not key readyThis people are a bunch of liarsI spoke with the Service Manager, with Steve and [redacted] several times, and constantly told to call tomorrow or later, etc.They have been excuses one after another to extend the delivery of the key.I strongly recommend that the customers do not trust anything this dealer said or promises Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Unfortunatel* *** did make a mistake, 90% of kia sedonas are equipped immobilizer systems and he assumed this one was as well, I am willing to help the customer with the cost of an alarm for the inconvenience

The customer never said anything about referring his mother, Since they are loyal customers Napoli Kia has no problem send him a $100.00 referral, we thank you for the business.

I am rejecting this response because: I called to ask then when I can pass by the dealer to pock up the key that supousedly was ready. They just ware lying, there was not key. This was an unfortunate situation with extensive diagnostics, the vehicle had multiple issues with the sunroof unit. in consideration of the time that the repair took the customer was only charged 25% of what the complete repair would have cost.

The Service Manager contacted the customer and asked the customer directly what we could do to make him happy, he asked for a key and fob, we agreed to provide that for the customer. at this point he just has to come down and pick it up.

This vehicle was checked by a Kia Master certified Technician, and he could not duplicate any concerns, the service manager drove the vehicle several times and put a combined 126 miles on the vehicle and was not able to duplicate the condition. After several hours of diagnosis and test drives...

the customer was not charged anything here at Napoli Kia, As far as the time the vehicle was here, the customer was in [redacted], and requested to leave the car here so that we may keep driving it, we got the vehicle in the shop the next day, it was her choice to leave the car here while she was away, and we did not charge her the daily storage rate cause of her current financial situation. Thank youJose MederoService MgrNapoli Kia

[redacted] The reason it was at dealearship was non only because I was away but because they could not find the problem. I received a call from Napoli Kia stating the teck working on the car was able to duplicate the problem not once but twice on the same day but could not get a code on the computer.When I picked up the car they said that it never happened.
