Window world finally set an appointment to check the window on April 13. I will let you know how that goes.
I last spoke with Susan [redacted] on 3/3/16 in regards to issues with condensation on the windows in the upstairs of her mothers (Evelyn [redacted]) home. Our records indicated that we had sent a service technician to the home on two occasions, I asked if she could please contact her...
mother and make sure that the problem was still occurring. We concluded the call that she would verify this with her mother and call me back. I haven't heard back from Susan since 3/3/16, and assumed that the technicians had fixed the issue. We would be happy to resolve the matter, we were waiting for Susan to make contact with Evelyn for verification that the problem was still occurring.
We contacted the customer on 12/28/15 and will be meeting with her on 12/30/15 to investigate the problem.
There will be a meeting taken place about the window and hopefully this issue will be resolved
