Went thru car wash at 1:51 pm on March 4, 2020. Went straight home and parked in garage. One hour later went to the store and then noticed large scratch across the hood, that was not there before car wash. Went straight back to car wash and explained that I was just there to attendant named Peter. He said his car wash could not have done that scratch. He refused to admit fault. He said I have no recourse. They accept no responsibility for the scratch, it’s a very dee p scratch also.
After reviewing security camera footage with the owner, we clearly see damage prior to entering the car wash (Kiosk 101).
We are not paying for any damage since it was pre-existing.
