Review: Received credit card statement with activity 11/18/2013. I do not have a credit card with this company. Faxed company. Called company. Hung up after remaining on hold for 15 minutes. I never signed anything or gave company permission to issue credit in my name. I vaguely remember someone calling me asking if I would review a credit card request. I reviewed it and threw away because I wasn't interested. Credit cards lower credit scores. Who signed the request? Where is credit card? What is history of this account? Why is there activity on it? Who is using it? NAPUS has been a trusted name in my household for a long time - until now. Is this an error on the part of NAPUS or do I need to contact credit bureaus to report credit card fraud?Desired Settlement: Want company to send full historical disclosure of account: my signature, date credit card issued, copy of all monthly statements. I also request the following sent to me & all three credit bureaus: apology, assurance the account is closed & statement they have destroyed all my personal information (do they have my social security number?)
