I am rejecting this response because:I paid $125+tip for something I was clearly dissatisfied with when I left the salonColor might not be 100% guaranteed but this was so far off the markI would not trust going to the same salon that didn't deliver the first time after gaining my trust and seeming confident to fix what they didn't admit was obviously wrong...streaky foils were never mentioned and not in the picture, bleach does damage that's hair care 101, a very dark brown was used when I wanted a subtle change not any darker, and it was clear to tell that this wasnt going to be anywhere rose gold or like the photo and it should have never gone so far as to me leaving the salon a brunetteMy feedback should have gotten more attention then rather than attempts to convince me that I was seeing things. How would it make sense considering the goals of an all over rose gold to use bleach foils and a dark brownI almost had her stop right away when I saw the foils and then again once my head was nearly black while processing. The condition of my hair now is fine, broken, and still splotchy from where the two different colors/levels used were left unblendedI will not be coming into the salon again to get a deep conditioning treatment and conditionerThat's hardly compensation for the $then $this cost meMaybe more than just the conditioner of the damage remedy line would suffice or a refund.the protocol should be to recognize the mistake and let me know that the next day I could be put with another stylist free of charge as that was never mentionedIn fact I was told it looked good and sent on my wayThere was never ANY mention of putting me with a different stylist, or not chargingThat should have been offered when I was standing at that mirror a splotchy brunette holding up the picture of the strawberry blonde I had brought inInstead I was told it looked good and sent awayNow to offer something valued at significantly less than what I paid is insulting.

Anytime a salon works with creative color the results cannot always be
100% exact. Sometimes the way that one person’s hair reacts to a color that is
put on it is very different from the way another’s hair does. The salon works
with clients to achieve the desired result. You had stated that the...

damage was
done when you had gone to another salon. We were more than willing to put you
with another one of our stylists to correct the error for no charge. Your ticket number 7, at 2:47 pm on October 16, 2016 for 125.00.We were trying to accommodate your wishes and work with your hair after
you had gone to another salon. You stated that the condition of your hair was
now damaged, we were working towards repairing the condition of your hair,
hence conditioning treatments etc. At this point this is the only option to repairing
your hair. All salons work with different color lines and intermixing them is
not always the best choice.I don’t know what condition your hair is in now. When working with a
stylist at a salon, calling and saying that your color is not what you wanted
and work with that salon to achieve the result is the normal protocol. By going
to another salon that invalidates the attempt for us to work with your color.

The condition of my hair now is fine, broken, and still splotchy from where the two different colors/levels used were left unblended. I will not be coming into the salon again to get a deep conditioning treatment and conditioner. That's hardly compensation for the $150 then $200 this cost me. Maybe more than just the conditioner of the damage remedy line would suffice or a refund.
the normal protocol should be to recognize the mistake and let me know that the next day I could be put with another stylist free of charge as that was never mentioned. In fact I was told it looked good and  sent on my way. There was never ANY mention of putting me with a different stylist, or not charging. That should have been offered when I was standing at that mirror a splotchy brunette holding up the picture of the strawberry blonde I had brought in. Instead I was told it looked good and sent away. Now to offer something valued at significantly less than what I paid is insulting.
