I'm not surprised by the response. After all, the owner promised me a return call which I never received. I will repair the damage caused by this company on my own - and make sure that I tell everyone I can about the lack of response from this poorly run company.

Mr. [redacted] stated on the phone that he would be home but he was not there. We went over the issue with our customer (his neighbor). Naragon has been in business for 31 years and has provided services to thousands of customers and in all that time we have had only a handful of Revdex.com complaints, I believe this will be number three. We have an A+ rating from the Revdex.com and other rating services. We are active members of our communities and donate time and money to many local charities. We take pride in our family name, our good reputation and our honest dealings in all business matters. We have worked very hard to protect our good name and will continue to do so. We highly caution Mr. [redacted] in his threat to say untruths about our company.
