Review: We purchased 5 work benches that were to be Stainless steel tops. The order was placed in January 2015. Total paid on April 2015. We have only received the one stainless steel top and the 5 work benches. We were told the remaining tops would be available on 8/7/15 and they would deliver them. They are not returning phone calls nor have they delivered the stainless steal tops, We have paid in Full as of April 2015.Desired Settlement: Deliver the remaining tops or refund the full purchase price. and take back the crap supplied.

Business states that a delivery of the items was never promised. Business dealt with an individual named [redacted] who placed the order and provided payment. Mr. [redacted] then came and stated he was the one who paid for them. Business contract and design specifications were negotiated with Mr. [redacted]. Table tops were available since February of 2015. The pending 4 table tops will be available on Wednesday(10/21/2015) afternoon for pickup at [redacted]. This matter was caused due to miscommunication between the partners and issues may have been avoided if Mr. [redacted] contacted the business directly to resolve the matter.
