spoke again and made arrangements to begin working on June ***We received a signed agreement along with a deposit of $to begin working on the behalf of *** ***We began working at *** ***' home on June **, and worked for two days to evaluate the items of personal property being considered for sale I was there with *** *** the entire time and together we looked at every item in the homeI worked the first day with *** *** for hours and the second time for hours along with other employeesWe discussed every single item in her home and I advised *** *** the price that a similar item typically sold for and if she decided whether she wanted to sell itOnce she decided to put the item for sale, the items were packed and placed in the truck to be transported to the shopWhen the items arrived at my shop they were unpacked, cleaned and photographed to be put on consignment either in the shop, on the website or for the next scheduled auctionHer auction items were placed in the July auction*** *** was sent an inventory listing of the itms that were placed for saleAs per our signed agreement, her items were offered for sale for days and she would be paid days after the items sold In addition, I was asked to evaluate her jewelry at a jewelry store, and then again at my shopThis was a total of hoursI performed this service for her and then returned her jewelry to her home because she decided not to sell it As stated in my agreement with *** *** and in several emails, all of the items were available to be picked up at anytime On Oct *** we requested that any unsold items be picked up from the shop, and Oct *** we provided a list of the unsold items At the end of October, which was already months past the original agreed upon pick up date of Aug 11, 2015, a man came in and picked up only of the items, a pair of night standsWe issued checks in acc***ce with our agreement, dated 9/**/for $1030.00, 11/**/for $and 12/**/for $totaling $and they have been cashed The work performed for *** *** included the work in the home, the work done in our shop, at the jewelry shop as well as the labor and moving services performed to place her items.In addition, we were in communication throughout the entire process via telephone, texts and e-mails to reiterate the terms of our agreement and requesting the pick up of the unsold items The work performed in the home, the packing, unpacking and truck services to deliver the items to the shop, the evaluation of the jewelry and the storage of the items never picked up totals $It is for this reason that we were not able to continue working for *** ***. performed totals $
