Review: I called the hair salon [redacted], I Asked [redacted] the Hair Stylist for the price of her services for my hair. [redacted], told me on the phone that the total of my hair service would cost $360.00. I went in for the all-inclusive services I was promised in the package. I didn't receive any of what I wanted. She told me on the phone she was going to purchase the hair extensions herself. That never happened. She told me she would give me a full weave, half of my hair was not complete. She kept changing the prices of services, I didn't request for [redacted] do. My hair looked unprofessional, and I was unsatisfied. The customer service was horrible towards the middle. [redacted], asked me if I wanted unnecessary services I declined too. When it came time to pay, I was over charged $240. Her entire objective was to scam me with hidden fees. Large hidden fees that will made me furious and now I regret my visit.Desired Settlement: I want my full refund.
