I have dropped this complaint because the company, after several WRITTEN notes asking for the changes and
corrections to the invoice to be provided IN WRITING, they FINALLY responded when I let them know I was filing complaints with the Revdex.com and Attorney General's office That's, unfortunately, what it took to get their attention.The response of Justin, both in the recent corrected billing (our only written response after almost a year since the original bill with the extreme overcharges was sent to us) STILL fails to explain why their charges were so out-of-line to begin with - to the tune of five times plus what the final "corrected" bill was How many customers would have just paid this invoice with the unbelievably high labor charges and never known the difference?? My question is, why did it take them almost a year, after multiple notes were sent back to them in writing where we refused payment on their invoices until the billing was corrected to reflect the reality of the small job performed? Each time, we requested that they correct the bill in writing and send us a CORRECTED invoice We even provided them with our e-mail address to try and make it easy for them NOTHING - the same bill kept coming back with the original amount requesting payment.What a shame We and the earlier owners of our property, have done business with Quality Swimming Pools for 13-consecutive years and always paid promptly The company should have done what we asked of them to begin with - provide an explanation of their overcharges (or admit their mistake) in writing and move-on Their delay in responding back in writing cost them $1500-$200/year (not that they care) and we will never recommend their services to anyone else again - which we know had resulted in numerous new construction and pool management jobs over the years The next time a customer asks for something to be corrected and explained, in writing, they might want to act upon that request from the get-go Also, we should have known better when the quote for a new pool heater a couple of years ago was over $6,more than what we actually endpaying for the exact same gas heating unit - almost double!

I have called the customer at least six times and left messages that I would be happy to make changes to his bill, and for him to call me.  He doesn’t return my calls. Thanks,
