Narman Construction Inc is well known for being very responsive to the needs of our clients, and on multiple occasions our office tried to explain that we could not begin repairs without approval to the supplement submittedUpon initial inspection WE noted there was damage that was NOT identified

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. Although Narman was not responsive when I attempted to reach them from May 1, 2015, through the first week of June, the company did finally send me a $500 refund. I am satisfied with the resolution, so long as the said funds are available when I deposit the check.
