not get an inspection sticker sticker in Mass. The vehicle was inspected September 4, 2015, in Rhode Island and the car passed Inspection. She purchased the car on September 11, 2015. When she contacted Mr. [redacted] on December 9, 2015, Mr. [redacted] asked her why she had not brought the car to him. she said it was to far to return to Narragansett Auto. She purchased a vehicle with a limited one month/1,000 mile limited warranty where in the the customer pays 50% and Narragansett Auto pays 50%, but the work would need to be done at Narragansett Auto. The vehicle was way outside of the warranty period at the time she called and had taken it elsewhere to be repaired. As far as the emission lights are concerned, I would point out that the vehicle did pass the emission test here in Rhode Island and that is a process done entirely by the inspection machine. In other words, the inspection machine will not issue and inspection sticker unless the vehicle passes the inspection. my client feels that he had done all that he can do to accommodate Ms. [redacted].
