Please be advised that I have reviewed [redacted] 's complaint and have spoken with my client, [redacted] ***, at Narragansett Auto Saleshe advises me that this vehicle was purchased on September 11, 2015, and he never received a call until October 9, Ms [redacted] was calling to claim she could not get an inspection sticker sticker in MassThe vehicle was inspected September 4, 2015, in Rhode Island and the car passed InspectionShe purchased the car on September 11, When she contacted Mr [redacted] on December 9, 2015, Mr [redacted] asked her why she had not brought the car to himshe said it was to far to return to Narragansett AutoShe purchased a vehicle with a limited one month/1,mile limited warranty where in the the customer pays 50% and Narragansett Auto pays 50%, but the work would need to be done at Narragansett AutoThe vehicle was way outside of the warranty period at the time she called and had taken it elsewhere to be repairedAs far as the emission lights are concerned, I would point out that the vehicle did pass the emission test here in Rhode Island and that is a process done entirely by the inspection machineIn other words, the inspection machine will not issue and inspection sticker unless the vehicle passes the inspectionmy client feels that he had done all that he can do to accommodate Ms [redacted]
