At this time, I have been contacted directly by Turkish Airlines, Inc. regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: (1) The airline has simply informed me that "the services provided such as announcement services, free of charge reservation alterations,
fare refunds, the chance to make phone calls, hot and cold beverage service, catering service, and accommodation/transport service-vary depending on flight distance and waiting periodsIn the investigation conducted, it has been found that delay announcements were made during the waiting period and that all our passengers were provided with catering service." However, delay announcements were not made in English during my time at the airport and I was not provided with any hot mealsThe airline also has not addressed the fact that they refused to re-route me to *** despite doing so for another passenger(I had made this request both prior to the flight and at the airport when my connecting flight was cancelled.) (2) The airline has indicated that it will respond to my request regarding the expenses I incurred, but it is yet to do so (invoices attached).Thank you very much for all your assistance! Sincerely,

Turkish airlines has contacted me directly and required that I purchase a ticket for at least the same price or higher than original
ticket priceI did not agree to this requirement as this was not my faultTurkish Airlines did not acknowledge their faultAfter several day of communications, I finally agreed to buy another ticket for my child online, however, their system does not let you buy a ticket for a child only (it should have an accompanying adult)Their policy was that I could only purchase it online (as initial purchase), and then they changed that saying that I can purchase over the phone or sales officeThat means that they have policies for which they system does not allowThey apologized saying that they are upgrading their system and it will take some timeThat mean that so called "Customer satisfaction policy" is not consistent with their systems and practicesThey did not acknowledge that but apologizedI was also not able to purchase over the phone as they have some other restrictions, which I am not aware of, nor it is not in the contract nor it is in their "Customer satisfaction policies". After going back and forth for almost days, I was tired of this and I simply decided to buy tickets for the whole familyThis is all due to their system being not in compliance with their Customer satisfaction policiesI will make this travel and then I will not use them anymoreI don't even want to hear about Turkish Airlines

 The company continues insisting that the reservation cancellation I made on their web-site and saw with my own eyes, was impossible. However, I've got a confirmation message on their site that the reservation has been successfully cancelled but never received any emails confirming that.
