My experience with [redacted] at Narvaez Auto Body and Paint was a complete scam which resulted in a loss of $6000 and significant damage to my vehicle. In December 2014 we agreed on a restoration cost to restore my 1966 Ford Bronco. [redacted] stated that restoration of older vehicles was his specialty. For over a year he did nothing but make excuses, lie to me and misrepresent the extent and quality of the work completed on my vehicle. [redacted] constantly asked for additional money promising me a great end product. When I picked up my vehicle in April 2016, it was in pieces, missing parts and in far worse condition than when it was left with [redacted] for restoration. When I asked [redacted] to return my $6000 he said he had spent the money elsewhere and my money would not be refunded because he was protected by declaring bankruptcy in 2015. I am filing a civil case in Lubbock Justice Court. As I stated in the beginning of the review, I feel like I was completely scammed from start to finish by [redacted] at Narvaez Auto Body & Paint.
