March 12, Dear [redacted] ***:We have received your letter dated March 10, concerning the above referenced customerPlease accept our sincerest apologies for not responding to your letter dated February 24, We understand [redacted] ***'s situation and have been consistently working with him to resolve his matter.Fortunately, [redacted] had an extended service contract through AUL providing coverage for repairs to his vehicleHe chose to take his vehicle to a repair shop that did not properly file a claim on his behalf [redacted] was upset that the repair claim was not being processed, thus his car was not repairedWe intervened on his behalf, directly to the warranty company and the representative for the warranty company, once we were made aware of his situationWe were advised by AUL that the claim was authorized to the repair shop to work on his vehicle.We hope this matter has been has been resolved for [redacted] ***We will be glad to still act on his behalf with the warranty company.Sincerely, Amiram M Principal, Naryan Auto Group Inc

3/16/Writing in referance to complaint file 2/20/Naryan Auto Group Read his message and that is not true they have been giving me the runaround with this matter for the weeks the last time I was there he told me did not have the time or space to work on my car Was told by them that they would call my warranty company to get a claim have not heard from them, said they were going to call me, they have not I want them to fix my car they new that engine was bad they have not done nothing to try to help this matterThank you kindly
