I had a great experience when I bought my SUV. John fully comprehended my vision of the car I want, my budget and the options required. The service was quickly provided, with great and friendly in addition to respectful customer service. The SUV is very reliable as John' service!

In assisting my mother in her task of finding her next vehicle, we agreed that a pre-owned [redacted]-[redacted] would make the ideal vehicle for her retirement year. After determining the most desireable year, colour and configurations, we began our search.

Our search brought us to Nas-Car Enterprise to see one of the options on the market, which is the vehicle we did purchase in the end. While there was little doubt in our mind that this vehicle was the finest example of its type in the GTA, it was our experience with Nas-Car's General Manager, Jean N., which ultimately was the "X-factor" needed to close the deal.

Jean not only demonstrates the utmost pride in the vehicles he represents, he clearly places "respect for the client" among his first and foremost priorities. He certainly places great value on the little details, and through the course of my dealings with him, it became clear he also places value on personal relationships. With my prior experiences with the automotive retail sector, I can certainly say that he is a "class act."

While, to date, we have not had much occasion to enjoy our new vehicle and to put it through its paces, I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone to work with Jean N. towards a vehicle purchase. Hi. March 2015 I purchased a used [redacted] from Jean at Nas-Car Ent.. Although the car appeared to have been sitting for a few weeks during a recent cold spell and heavy snow fall, during my first test drive I experienced the typical rusty brake noise issues common with all vehicles even after sitting for a few days and a very slight shake which I wasn't sure if it was the result of some very cold tires or a wheel balance issue. Jean addressed the brake issue and suggested a longer drive to address the shake with the promise to address any issues should it not resolve itself. Being naturally pessimistic and conditioned to take not take "trust" lightly I completed the deal regardless. After a few days I had the opportunity to drive the car a long distance and the slight shake continued but after one phone call to Jean I was booked in, the tires rebalanced and Im happy to say the car is pristine inside and out and shake free. This is my 4th used car purchase on top of 9 new cars and although initially I was hesitant to deal with a smaller dealer the risk reward was well worth it. Jean is I believe is someone who will offer you a more than fair deal and will treat you with the same respect you afford him. Drive safe!
