As you can see by there response they did agree to sell it for 5350.00 as I stated I did go outside and was actually on the phone to process a transaction for the vehicle. When I came back in the shop they had changed the price. When I told them I would agree to their price and conditions. I feel that this is fraudulent business practices. I was honest with the male sales representative when he asked about what the female sales representative had told me. I feel that the dealer did not return this honesty.

On March 29,2016 Mr. [redacted] came and asked for the price for a 2005 Chevrolet Equinox and if he could pay with his credit card and I told him yes. He asked me for the total price and  I told him that I can sell it to him for $5,664.50 including tax, fee and temporary tag.  He...

asked me to test drive the vehicle and when he came back he told me that he will continue looking. On the next day Mr. [redacted] came back and asked Maximo if he can make an offer for $4,900.00 and Maximo said no and told him he could sell for $5,3350.00 with the new brake pads and cutting rotors but this price was never final because he asked to test drive the vehicle against and they were waiting for me because I had the key. when I came back I told him in front of Mr. [redacted] that we could not sell it for that price because of the money we have invested in the vehicle and that we need to fix the brakes also that he already came on the 29th and I made an offer to him lowering the price already because we were selling the vehicle for $5,300.00 plus tax and fee.  I'm sorry for this misunderstood our practice is customer satisfaction but we can't really sell this vehicle for a lower price, we've already fixed the brakes and found out the the front wheel bearings were making a little noise which he  didn't complain about but we replaced both of them. I don't think he has time to do any transaction because I was about 2 minutes from the shop and he didn't ask for any information to do the transaction.
