Got a really bad dip manicure at this salon which chipped on day 3. I called to see if I can get a refund, and was ignored by the business.
Got an exceptionally bad dip manicure at this salon. I decided to just cut my losses and just wear it for a couple of weeks, however it started lifting immediately and chipping on day 2. (The dip manicure is supposed to last anywhere from 2-4 weeks if done well). I called the business and left a message with the receptionist twice. She assured me the manager would get in touch with me. No one ever called.
I paid 60 dollars for this manicure including tip. I wish to get the price of the manicure back which was 50 dollars.

The service was performed on July 14 at 11:23a. A call was received approximately a week later regarding Unsatisfied customer. A refund was issued on July 23 at 4.09PM for the manicure as well as the gratuity left for her service. The total amount of the refund was $61. Please see attached photo of refund that was issued. Our goal is to provide 100% customer satisfaction. We refund all customers that are not satisfied 100%.
