I stand firm with my decision that our wash did not cause damage to this vehicle. I personally walked the guest through the wash to show him how everything works, no keytag, or any other foreign object
jumped up off the floor or was made into a projectile to create the damage on this guest car. we take pride in insuring that our guest have the best possible experience when visiting our washes, if our wash had
caused this damage I would have no problem with taking care of the issue but the fact that it did not happen at our wash is why i'm disagreeing with the guest assumption that it did.
Hi, my name is Stephen [redacted] I am the regional manager for Nascar Carwash. First I want to apologize for the late response to this Revdex.com complaint, I am responding to it as soon as I recieved it on my desk. The guest in question to this complaint was told that we were not responsible for...
the damage to his vehicle because we felt that the wash did not cause the damage. The guest was personally walked through our facility to get a better understanding of how the wash works and why we came to the conclusion that we did. There were some marks on the vehicle but again they were not caused by the wash. I explained to the guest that the marks were of a color that is not even in our wash, his explanation was that a foreign material could have caused it. I disagree.
