Nascar Carwash Reviews (1)

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: the impudence displayed by Nascar car wash is extremely disrespectful. It is with certainty that we are emotional due to the large fact that we lost are only vehicle, and the astronomical cost in damages. Moreover, in
Nascar's 2nd bullet point they state that we came back to Nascar on which is incorrect. De Facto, we came to Nascar on March 12th, which was the Saturday after the car stopped on me due to lack of oil. Nascar even says this themselves when they stated we didn't come back until weeks after the first oil change on February 23rd, 2016, or after miles. It is evident that after 600miles of getting a new oil change, no vehicle should lose all of its oil to the point where the vehicle shuts off and it's engine and timing belt fails. On top of that, Nascar continuously pleads that the timing plate/cover was leaking oil. This is erroneous because after the diagnostic at Volkswagen, their licensed technician said that there was no leak nor any holes in the timing cover/plate or the engine for that matter, and the only way the oil was lost was from the oil filter. We have proof of this because of my recording explaining that in detail to *** *** and everyone else that was present. The conversation was not private considering that it was in an open environment where all technicians were present to hear; nevertheless we were apart of the party. If requested, we do have this recording, which will clear up a lot of confusion. Above all, we do have evidence of Nascar's negligence from the diagnostic by Volkswagen, and the recording of the conversation between *** *** *** *** *** (GM Volkswagen), and their licensed technician. Volkswagen told us what damaged our entire engine, traces back to the oil change on February 23rd, at Nascar. Nascar needs to own up to their mistake considering the magnitude of this situation.Sincerely,
Mr& Mrs*** *** * *** ***
