Contracted Nasco through L[redacted] on 10/22/15 with a written contingency of 2-3 week install for a leaking roof on a duplex. kept getting put off with excuses. Nasco rep told me that they don't receive contract copies from L[redacted] so they cant be held to anything I agreed to with the L[redacted] Rep.. Outrageous! Materials that I was told were in stock on 10/22 were finally delivered 11/17 for job to start next day before a big storm hit. With a no-show on 11/18 I called to complain and they sent a man to put a tarp over the leak on 11/18 with promise to be there on 11/19. With another no-show came another excuse. Was guaranteed by T[redacted] that job would finally start 11/20 at 7am. Another no-show with a call 3 1/2 hours later, at 10:30 this morning. T[redacted] said "sorry, youre not going to believe this, but the truck bent a rim and they had to be towed back to garage so his crew was not working today." He was laughing, this obviously amused him. When I asked why they couldn't change the tire, he added that "Oh, the axle broke so it has to be welded so I could either wait or cancel my contract!" The guy was obviously jerking me around to have this kind of attitude with me. Also said on prior call that the gutter would be installed at a later date because he was waiting until he had several customers in same area to do their gutters all at the same time!! Extremely unprofessional so far!! The only reason I went with L[redacted] over my other estimates was the 2-3 week install contingency that Nasco did not even honor, and I paid 100% up front! Horrible attitude from Nasco Rep T[redacted]!! 9 Revdex.com complaints filed by others that I wish could be read on this site. Beware! (Also I just had another duplex roof installed by a truly professional contractor 2 weeks ago so I have a standard to compare.)
