Review: MyMediaInfo.com is one of the worst service companies I have ever dealt with. I own a small public relations firm in which we paid for their contact database service for a year. Within that year, we had issues with them on a regular basis. Within that year, we would not receive bills, then receive late notices for bills we weren't paying even though we never got a bill - we'd email them for the bill and call them for the bill, where we'd get no response. We also went through, not one, not two, BUT FIVE separate "head of accounts" for our account within the year. We never knew who to contact, and the company also got bought out twice within a year. Now, they are claiming we owe them money when we never renewed our contract. On top of all this mess, their database was not up to date, not as advertised, and not what was promised to us. It was a waste of money and they are a HUGE headache to deal with...that's if you can ever get a hold of someone. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.Desired Settlement: Stop emailing us, stop telling us we owe you money - WE CLOSED OUR ACCOUNT AND YOU NEVER RESPONDED.
