The reason why I rejected the claim from the business is because my fan was not broke and was working just fine before I dropped my car off. Yes I went in...

for a transmission but somehow in the mist of them keeping my car for 2 months, my fan was. Broke. Not only was the fan broke but bolts were missing from my transmission that they did not put back in after they fixed the transmission but they also had a bungee cord wrapped around my engine for some odd reason. If they were so careless to do those things I know my fan was broken when they had it in their possession. There was never an issue with my fan before I took my car in.  I have heard from so many people are this is a bad business and now I wish I would have listened!
