I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[The person that responded to this request I've never heard of or met. So how would she/he know what took place? How more despicable can they be. Negatively publicity should help them take a closer look at their integrity perspective. It took multiple requests from the Revdex.com to get a response from these guys. If it is possible to investigate these guys then it should happen as soon as humanly possible. My fear is that someone could lose their lives driving cars purchased thru Nash. I will be contacting my finance company to inform them of the "cracking and popping" coming from the suspension of the vehicle that I've purchased from them. They also stated to me twice that I got a great deal on the vehicle I purchased from them and anything additional equates to more of a loss for them. This is from [redacted] and [redacted]. or the sales manager that uses his initials versus his name. I can no longer drive this car until I have a qualified framework repair shop look at it. THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE OF UNIMAGINABLE PROPORTIONS. What is happening here is a business strong-arming an everyday consumer because they can. Who stands up for the little guy? Just go to any review page regarding Nash Auto in Costa Mesa (i.e yelp) and read some of the horrible experiences. It should warrant actions against them. Can't say that it will. Maybe I lose, but if I can save a life, it'll all be worth it!]
