We asked for an extension from the I.R.S. last year (September 2019) and still haven't gotten our taxes back from this company (March 2020). We have left messaged and emailed with little to no response. I would steer clear of this company. If you haven't gotten your taxes back or have issues, consider contacting the Revdex.com and also filing a complaint with the I.R.S.
