TERRIBLE CHANNEL
We have this radio on at my job. It actually gives me a headache. They play the same 5 songs over and over. And then when it gets to commercials they play the SAME ones! They repeat everything nonstop. Is anyone even on air? By far worst channel ever.

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] I have given my full name and address several times, first the day I won the tickets to [redacted] the radio station DJ, and then several times on their website starting two weeks before the showIf they had their act together it would have never gotten to the point where I missed the concertI never received any messages about giving my address to the promotions person or where I could pickup the tickets the day of the showThey shouldn't have contests and giveaway's so far in advance if they are going to lose the personal information they collect and not come through when the concert comes aroundI did start contacting the radio station two weeks before the concert by phone (which was busy every time I called) as well as their website and social media sitesTheir listener phone number just keeps ringing busy and they don't read the emails on their website, if they did I wouldn't have to go through this trouble now In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

A promotions coordinator had gotten the winners name and number and was told he was never available to answer his phone. At that point I tried to reach out to the winner myself leaving multiple messages so...

we could get him his tickets.
He had left me one message saying he was a taxi driver and was not always available to answer calls. I left him repeated messages that I would like his full information so I could leave tickets for him at the concert. We called again right before the Promotions staff left for the concert and told him where to meet us on his voicemail so he could pick up his tickets at the show. We had his tickets and did try to get them to him. He never responded to our messages.

Review: Three months ago NASH FM 94.7 ran a contest for the [redacted] caller to win tickets for the March *, 2014 George Strait concert at Prudential Center in Newark, N.J. I was the [redacted], then [redacted] and finally the [redacted] caller that day at 12:10 PM and won the tickets. The DJ on-air that day was [redacted] and she took all my contact info (name, address, phone number) and said that the tickets didn't go on sale yet, but I would have the tickets mailed to me probably a couple of weeks before the show. Two weeks before the concert date (3rd week of Feb.) I started calling the concert line [redacted] and also left emails on their website contact page. The phone was always ringing busy and the emails were not answered. So on Feb. [redacted] I started posting messages on their [redacted] and [redacted] pages saying "Where are the tickets I won three months ago for the March [redacted], George Strait concert? Your phone is always ringing busy and you don't answer emails on your website. FRAUD!" On Feb. [redacted], I got a reply on [redacted] stating "If you won the tickets do not worry. I will look into this tomorrow for you and have our promotions staff get in touch with you. - [redacted]And I replied "I will send you my real name and address through NASH FM website again. Thank you!" On Feb. [redacted] I received a message on [redacted] from [redacted] and she said she was NASH FM and wanted my phone number, so I said "I already put my real name, address and phone number in the contact page of NASH's website last week and again on Sunday and addressed the message to [redacted]. I also gave all my personal info to [redacted] the day I won the tickets three months ago. NASH should really get their act together. My number is ###-###-####." Then the next few days I was leaving phone messages back and forth with a woman named [redacted] from the Promotions Department at NASH FM, and it was now the day before the concert and I still had no tickets. Contest winner questions: ###-###-#### was not on [redacted] until after my situation.Desired Settlement: I would like tickets for the concert of my choosing at another time during 2014.
