From the first day that I walked into the Nashboro Animal Hospital, I was treated as a family memberThe amount of compassion, professionalism, and dedication that my family received (and still continues to receive) is rivaled by none in any industryWhen I brought my cat [redacted] to them for help, they welcomed us with more than just a diagnosisThey offered support, care, constant phone calls updating me on her progress, and a multitude of hugsThe owner even went above and beyond to stay many hours past closing time to keep a watchful eye on my sickly Mollie, keeping me updated during the entire process When it came to the diagnosis, long term care plans and procedures needed in my situation, every member of the staff made it a point to keep me involvedThey would explicitly tell me EXACTLY what was needed, and whyIf I didn't understand, they would educate me on what was happening to my little Mollie, and how WE were going to treat her togetherTheir level of honesty was a much needed relief to me, a stubborn cynic Every time that there was a test needed or samples sent off, I was notified of the cost upfrontThere were no hidden costs nor surprise billsEvery time that I was there, I visited my hurt catThe staff here are firm believers that pet owners are a priority when in regard to the healing processI got to visit [redacted] everyday, and that is something that I truly appreciate given the circumstances surrounding her stay When almost two months had passed since I first stepped foot through their doors, I found myself faced with the most difficult decision that any pet owner will ever have to makeI went to Nashboro Animal Hospital unannouncedThere was no phone call, no appointment, no emailI walked in without warningI was immediately greeted with a hug, and the owner could tell that something was wrongWe immediately began discussing the situation, and our options That day was yesterday Tonight I'm writing this review with tear-stained cheeksI'm writing this because amidst all of the sadness I have for my [redacted] I couldn't be happier that I found this specific animal hospitalIn over years of pet ownership (cats, dogs, birds, fish, and turtles), I have never received the compassion that they gave meThe facilities are there, and they are cleanThe doctors are professional, well versed, and will always answer your questionsWhat sets this hospital apart from the rest? Their dedication to a legacy that was started by Dr [redacted] They are truly "One of a Kind", and they are a much needed establishment in today's worldI will continue to be the best pet owner that I can be, and I will never even consider taking my pets to a different hospital

There is a tech there that claims she's the ownerShe's extremely rudeHer name is AnnetteShe specifically told me on the phone she was the owner and you can imagine how rude she was when I asked to speak with the office manager or DVMThe only reason I stayed is because I loved the DVM and was loyalThe prices are high esp for the rudeness you might encounterHopefully she stops being unprofessional and takes the time to run her business in a professional setting
