[I have bank records showing that was collected by the merchant Nashoba Vally the manger at nashoba vally keeps saything they do not have the money but they do the card company I called and they stated the company has already taken the money off my card and there is nothing they can do at this time I did file a fraud claim against Nashoba Vally.I have asked for my 102$ back that they charged me and should not have and I am also requsting that I get the 102$ back I paid in cash because it has been almost weeks that money money was taken and I have been out that money for the inconvenience the bad business I am requesting a full refund the man *** *** has horrible customer service skills and id rude and unhelpful.]

Please note I did not receive this notice until after 10/26. To summarize:•A card was declined for insufficient funds. •Cash was paid for $102 for 3 Admission tickets. Customers used the Admission tickets. •Customers prepaid card Company placed a “hold” on the funds, in case the...

merchant would try to collect it.•Suggested to the guest to do a chargeback with her card issuer, customer kept insisting I had her money and she would file with the Revdex.com and a small claims court case•Merchant never received the credit card funds for the declined transaction.•To assist a customer, I called her card company starting 10/20, several calls and finally got the info needed to help her with her card company. •I submitted a fax to them and was told they would release the “hold” so she could use her card. Please note they will not talk to me with [redacted] on the phone. Can you please confirm with [redacted] that she did have the “hold” released. They will not confirm that for me. If I had the funds cleared I would have just given a refund, but I never received the cleared credit card funds. [redacted] has asked for her $102 card charge refunded, it has been released by her card Company. She has asked for a cash refund for tickets she used, this will not be granted. We issued tickets and were paid for them in cash. We never caused the issued for the card hold, but have put weeks of time and effort to assist get her card company to release them. I am very happy to have helped resolved the issue [redacted] had with her card company.Please let me know if I can be of further service. I did not receive this notice until after 10/26.
