I had a very great experienceIt was a problem with my car and [redacted] had to take me home and he had great conversation as well as just being a very genuine soulSo even tho I had s bad day I can honestly say it was turned around in the car ride

Did not honor the signed agreement between myself the bank and their companyI signed an agreement on a Dodge Journey and the bank sent the approval for the money the same day they needed to send the paperwork backI was called and told they were selling the vehicle and they did not have to honor my contract, I was told this by the Gensales mgr*** *** He stated they did not have to honor the agreement because the bank had not sent the money and that he is not in the business to hold carsI explained they did not send the paperwork back to bank of where to send the money so this was not my problem, they dropped the ballGen sales mgr*** *** told me oh well they do not honor contracts until they have the money and money being on the way does not guarantee money and he cannot just go by hearing money is on the wayHe states over his past yrs of selling cars people have told him money was on the way and it never came, I explained I understood that but seeing as to how my bank and I and the day shift sales mgr had already signed the contract and they just needed to send the paperwork back that this was not my problem and he needed to honor the contractMr*** stated to me it was not his problem and I should have had the money and the contract was not with him so it did not have to be honored and that I should have had the money in handI asked for a number to corporate which he stated he did not know and states the car was gone so get over itThis company is a scam and Mr*** is a crook, and so is the ownerI was told they are there to sell cars and that is what they will do and then Mr*** hung up the phone

My husband and I leased a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Nashville Chrysler Jeep Ram in June of 2015. We were and remain very unhappy with our experience and their service.

First, the dealership claimed to have not received the lease paperwork that was sent via FedEx. We had to leave work and explain to them that we tracked the paperwork with the FedEx tracking number they provided. They continued to tell us that they had not received the paperwork. It was not until; we put FedEx on speakerphone in their office that the paperwork miraculously turned up.

Once we thought we had the paperwork issue addressed, there was another issue. The contract was not fully completed by the dealership. The leasing agent that was there during our initial deal, left the company and the contract was not complete. So we were asked to sign new version of a backdated contact. We declined and explained to them that we would not sign any contact that was considered null and void by the leasing company, especially one that was dated for the month prior. We request to start the process over, with a new contract and the current date.

Throughout this process, the General Manager (Brent A[redacted]) never offered an apology or acknowledged any wrong doing by the company. We were told a number of times that he was busy with his family, not available to speak to us, or with another customer. All the while we need to take off work, come to dealership on weekends (when we would have preferred to spend that same time with our family), and had to continue to follow up with them to ensure the process was being handled appropriately.

We would advise anyone considering this dealership to take their business elsewhere. They are not professional nor business-like and you will more than likely end up very frustrated and upset. This company, formerly know as Gary Mathew Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram of Nashville, is poorly run. I urge you to do as much review and research as you can before making the decision to bring your business to this company.

Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Extremely rude. Extremely slow. Do not keep up on their machine maintenance. Ruined my vehicle key. Then wanted me to still pay for it. Thieves. I will also be contacting Chrysler headquarters and letting them know about this issue, especially about the parts manager at this location. Unprofessional.

We recently bought a challenger and had a few issues. Our issues were resolved above our expectations! The entire staff was very helpful from the salesperson to the finance manager and the service department. They all went above and beyond at this dealership!! We are very pleased with the service we received
