I am an egg donor and Nashville Fertility Center was my satellite monitoring site for an out of state retrievalAll I have are NEGATIVE things to sayI've been three times already (with an appointment) and each time I've wasted 1.5+ hours to be taken back for a simple ultrasoundThe first time I came after waiting nearly two hours they told me "they knew they saw my order laying around somewhere but they must have misplaced it" so I need to call the clinic (in a complete different state) to get them to REDO it and send againAbsolutely unprofessional! Every staff member and especially whoever answers the phone (after going through machine options for twenty minutes) is the worstJust rude...I'm so glad I'm not here because *I [redacted] can't have a child..go elsewhere if you are able!
