Avoid at all cost! To say the customer service is terrible is an understatement. New fireplace came with our new home and has not worked since we moved in. They have been out to look at unit 6 times and each time they says something different is wrong with it. Then it takes weeks to have them come back just to do it all over again. Owner claims they installers maker their own schedule so he can't offer a time frame for repair. It took me 8 phone calls to finally get them to call me back after speaking with someone and then confirming they would have someone call me back in a few hours. Thank goodness my builder is getting involved now to resolve the matter. If you are looking to have one installed post contruction I would t even recommend them to

WORST COMPANY EVER!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! MOST INCOMPETENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE EVER!!!!!! RUN AWAY!!!! I placed an order with this company 9 weeks ago. I was told it would take 4 - 6 weeks. 9 weeks later I'm told they need an additional 5 more weeks because management is incompetent and could not place the order correctly!!!! Worst part us you are stuck with them unless you want to start the entire process all over again with another company!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!
