When my mother passed away, we met with Nashville Funeral and Cremation the next dayI paid for the cremation then and was told it would likely take three daysIt took days, even though the death certificate was provided to them the next dayWhen I called to ask what the delay was, they said "we have a schedule to follow and your mother is not scheduled until Wed." I asked if I would pick up her ashes on Wedand the lady said "oh no, honey, we don't want to give her to you still warm" I was already grieving and felt that this was a very inappropriate and insensitive response
I was also told that the obituary, which I provided the following day, would be in the upcoming Sunday paper and on the website, but they forgot to submit it or post the information They corrected the mistake the following day
