I ordered something the beginning of June. Sent an email for details on order and no reply. End of month and still no reply.
purchased on June 4,2020. Barber clippers and design pen.
Paid by debit card. Followed up with email and no reply, no tracking number. Disputing with my bank. This address for company is an apartment complex. Facebook posts had tons of people recommending this company. I'm sure they were fake.
I want my money back. I have a feeling I wont get it back from them. I am going to dispute this with my bank. People need to be ware of this. I will be telling everyone about them.
On 11.27.19 I ordered a Phone Case for iPhone via website (order #***) but item was never delivered. I have sent a lot of messages but all answered.
On Nov 27th, 2019 I ordered the item Magnetic Adsorption Metal Phone Case For iPhone via website and paid via credit card - My order# is 182. It's May 30th, 2020 and I have not received the item. I have sent a lot of emails and messages via website - on 12/17/19, 01/9/20, 01/27/20, 02/13/20, 02/27/20, 03/05/20, 03/16/20, 03/27/20, 04/27/20 and 05/28/20 - requesting a tracking number or even a reimbursement and got no response at all. In the last emalis I got a delivery failure of the messages.
I'm seeking for a refund
This company is most likely a scam and people need to stay away from it. It's February 16. I purchased a Christmas gift in November and still haven't seen anything. There were a few emails back and forth where I was given the run around and now nothing.
Don't purchase from this site.
I ordered some presents for Christmas on Black Friday if 2019. The shipping option said it would take between 7-25 days, enough time to be there before Christmas. It never arrived. I have tried to contact the company 2 or 3 times about the whereabouts of my package, I was assured that the packages would be on their way, but they could not provide tracking information because it was free shipping. They said if the packages didn't arrive they would be happy to issue me a refund. After 3 more additional attempts to contact their service department about a refund, both through their website and their e-mail, they have stopped answering me all together. I'm out close to $50 and I can't get any information.
