I purchased Victoria Tri- color sofa by Coaster sku# *** on 4/**/from authorized dealer Nassau Furniture.comI was told that one was available in New Jersey at a Coaster warehouse
Sofa was delivered on May *,Sofa had a chunk missing near rear leg exposing white Ridged to touch type of damage
I informed delivery person that it was damaged and he said he needed to take pictureBoth workers bent down and unbeknown to me began coloring the white damage with markers
I told him the type of damage would eventually spread and to please remove furniture because I did not want it
I phoned store and spoke to Danny who said there's a procedure that store must go through in order to returnAs I was speaking to him the delivery people leftI was told that first some one would come to inspect furniture
Spoke to Danny and Donna several timesStaff was very courteous and professional at all timesHowever I became very concerned and disturbed after examining furniture
