My Response to the complaint is contained in the attached documents.  Respectfully,  Jeff [redacted]  Team Leader/Executive Officer    Keller Williams Realty SyracuseThank you for your assistance in resolving this complaint. As you can see from  Mr. Eric [redacted]’s...

complaint, he has included a copy from an email that I sent to him in December of 2016. Mr. [redacted] is stating that I said in my own words that Susan would sell the [redacted] Lane property for free. I never stated that definitively with regard to this specific property. Melony [redacted] signed a listing agreement to sell the [redacted] Lane property and to pay a commission to Keller Williams Realty Syracuse for that service. Subsequent to listing the property, a buyer was secured and an offer was accepted by Mrs. [redacted]. That purchase offer also includes a clause regarding thecommission to be paid. When Mrs. [redacted]’s attorney questioned the amount that was being charged, Susan [redacted] lowered the commission as a professional courtesy. The seller was fully aware of this. Keller Williams billed for the agreed upon commission and that amount was paid, as agreed, upon the successful closing. After the fact, Mr. [redacted] has filed this complaint based on here say. It is my belief that the facts, as outlined in the contractual  greements, do not support his claim. I am attaching a copy of both the listing contract and the sales contract for your review.  Kind Regards, Jeff [redacted]Team Leader/Executive OfficerAttachments: Listing Contract, Sales Contract

After the close was done we were told of the fees and started asking questions. We didn't want to hold up the close on the house as we HAD to move. But Susan stated she would do the sale or my wife's house for free seeing she was going to get paid off the sale of house we bought on [redacted] Road in Tully. Jeff stated Susan said that.   Eric C [redacted]   Revdex.com:  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.   Regards,   Eric [redacted]
