Nasty Baggers

I bought a t-shirt from that nasty bikers do not buy anything from them because it would not last print come off withthen one or two months it is not worth having do not waste your money and they would not return no calls or stand behind there products the realy suck

Very disappointing that a company that I had previous good experiences with in the past has now left me high and dry while having no problem taken my money. Been over three weeks since I’ve placed my order. I have sent multiple emails and phone calls with nothing in return. Such a shame because I really like their stuff. I won’t be doing business with them anymore and I’m out over $100. Would be a miracle if they actually do something about it.

The customer service that I received from the folks at Nasty Baggers was above and beyond what I expectedI saw Nasty Baggers at Bike Week in Daytona and after speaking with a gentleman named Fredrick (which I eventually found out was the owner) I decided to have stretched bags and new handlebars installed for my husband for Fathers DayAll was going smoothly until the bags came back from paint when we realized I gave the wrong VIN number which caused a mix up in paint colorTo my surprise Fredrick got the correct number and repainted the bags at NO extra charge to me! This was my mistake and I expected to pay the extra costs so I am very happy with the customer service and attention to detail and communication from everyone I came into contact with at Nasty Baggers, especially FredrickGood customer service is hard to come by nowadays so I just wanted to express my gratitude
