Nat-L Authorized Service

Review: On January 29, 2013, Nat'l Authorized Service Repairman came to our home to look at our ice maker in our kitchen refrigerator. After replacing the ice maker we paid the repairman, $250 in cash, which was a higher amount than what was quoted on the phone. We received a receipt which stated a 90-day warranty.After not getting ice, I contacted the company and they explained to wait for ice over night.After not having ice the next morning, I contacted the company several times without getting a response. After several frustrating days and having to do their suggestions, they came out to replace the ice maker again.When the second ice maker did not work, this company told me to hire a different company to fix our issue and they would reimburse us after our ice maker was fixed. Having a new company come fix our ice maker, Nat'l Authorized Service has since given us excuses not to come out to get the ice maker and reimburse us. I finally got a day for them to come out on Tuesday February 26, 2013. I took off work and waited for them to come that morning. After not having shown, I called the company and they said that they would come out Wednesday, February 27th between 1 - 4pm. After not showing, I called the company and the answer I received was simply, "We are not coming today." No reasons why or no apologizes.This company: 1 - has terrible customer service on the phone 2 - does not keep their scheduled appointments 3 - charges more than what is quoted 4 - does not guarantee work 5 - will not reimburse for faulty workThis company has our money AND our old ice maker which was perfectly fine. We paid another company for a replacement valve.Desired Settlement: We would like a full refund.
