He is welcome to produce any document that proves my "hostilities" if he likesI simply want my dollars back for a poorly tailored shirt

Review: I purchased a Nat Nast shirt in the 2x size on line and when it arrived it was a size smaller than last years shirt. Last years shirt still fits me. I sent it back for a larger size or refund and got neither refund or a larger size. I have called and emailed. I have gone to their [redacted] page and complained but was blocked after complaining. this shirt was one hundred and fifty dollars and I'd like my money back.Desired Settlement: correct the sizing and refund my money.

Review: Upon dry cleaning my Nat Nast shirt, the dye from the blue panel had leached onto the white panel, rendering it looking like a tye-dye tee shirt! [redacted] of the dry cleaner informed me that this had happened with several Nat Nast shirts and their cleaning business had received written warnings about this garment flaw, both from Nat Nast and professional dry cleaning associations. I had 3 (civil) conversations with [redacted] at Nat Nast customer relations who originally denied ever hearing of such a complaint. I scanned and emailed her their own documents to which she replied that the warnings were "too old" and her company had acquired Nat Nast in 2011 and therefore were not responsible for my misfortune. Thank you for your consideration, [redacted]Desired Settlement: simply a replacement shirt
