Review: Took my car in for service repair under a [redacted] claim. The princable owner not only was vulgar with me when I had questions reguarding the repair but they also gave the car back to me with aditional damage than when it went in. Now claiming that parts my dealer replaced under 2 years ago is failiing from wear (mini claims this is impossible) is not part of the orignal repairs when it should be.Desired Settlement: Timing Chain replacement

[redacted] brought this 08 mini cooper in for body repair thru [redacted] ins. When dropping car off he stated that he had some blue tooth something or other that told him that the rear brake sensor was bad and stated it was part of accident. It was noted and address with [redacted]. They paid me to ck problem and found that someone had recently replace ft brake pads without replacing the sensor. He contacted me few days latter an ask if I had repaired sensor. He was told that [redacted] would not pay for it due to it was not related to his accident. At this point he opened up a verbal assult on me . He told me he was a engineer an I was a A hole and didnt know S...t. At this point I stated I wouldnt be talked to like that any any further contact or questions should be directed to [redacted]. He then contacted [redacted] the [redacted] adjuster Ph# ###-###-####. [redacted] left a voice with [redacted] that was a continuation of the ver bal assult that I had to endure . Car was returned to him and that was the last that I saw or heard from him. I was informed by [redacted] he called several days later stating that BMW told him he needed a timing chain replacement and wanted them to pay for it. [redacted] refused to pay because simply put the request was ludicriss. He also stated that he had it replace sometime earlier by BMW and was bad again . At this point let me send you to the internet. Just Google Mini cooper timing chain problems . Tousands of complaints! Lawyers are advertising for people to sign on to class action suits against BMW. Now trust me I am sure this man is well aware of this ! I am sure that he must have said something about car being in a accident an the first words out of BMW mouth was O thats why its bad! Thats what all dealers do its there get out of work free card!
