At my age I have come across many who shovel the s__tThis company is one of themI did use the F BOMB onceNothing like his report statesHe never called me at all to tell me the vehicle was so dirty it would take a lot longer than expectedA short courteous call, I believe, was in orderI do apologize for the one time I sworeNothing like what he is trying to pullI was told my vehicle would be done early to mid morningI was informed the vehicle needed more timeWorse yet, I had a neighbor drive me to the business where someone behind the desk had no idea what was going on. Totally unprofessionalNever will I visit this charlatan of a business againThey are a joke in my bookJust ask themThey believe they can keep someone's vehicle much longer than expected without notifying the customerTheir worthlessI am truly sorry for this reportThis may be their only source of income and I wish I could give them a positive reviewUnfortunately I cannot.Sincerely,*** ***

Client called on the afternoon of August to schedule a vehicle detailing. We were booked solid but
told him we could get it done for him if he could leave it overnight. We told him would have our best cleaner work on it late that night and into the early morning (obviously after business hours) to accommodate him. We made it very clear that it would be ready sometime between mid-morning and early afternoon the next day. He dropped the vehicle off at 4pmWe said we would call him as soon as it was ready.After our employee looked over the car, it was brought to our attention that the job was going to take considerably longer than a interior cleaning. The amount of dog hair alone was astonishingThey literally worked on it all night. They shampooed all the carpets and mats. Obviously, once that is done, they need time to dry. We cleaned it to the best of our ability and it truly looked like a different truck than the one that was dropped off He is correct in that we were, in fact, out of the office for part of the morning and could not answer the phone. We apologized for this. As soon as he arrived it became very clear that he was irate. He was swearing at everybody (including employees who have absolutely nothing to do with the situation)He was yelling about how we were not in the office and purposely ignoring his calls. We apologized several times for the delay and the possible miscommunication. We were as courteous as possible to him and did everything in our power to make him happy. He was having none of it. He apparently had called every minutes, as he stated, because he left SEVEN voicemail messages that were less than pleasant to listen to. He also did have to wait the additional minutes after his arrival for the gentleman who handles all payments and billing to get back to the officeWhen he arrived he was also berated and sworn at and told that "this is not over."We value all of our customers and we always try our best to make them happy. We are sorry that he was displeased. This gentleman became incredibly angry for what amounts to a very minor miscommunication on when his vehicle would be ready for pick-up. This is a business and we would never not answer the phone if we were here. As far as the disputed amount of the bill is concerned, the $he was charged was more than fair ($+ in sales tax). It took almost three times as long as a standard cleaning and it was ready in exactly the range we told him it would be. We apologized to him many times and are sorry that he found it necessary to bring this the Revdex.com's attention
