Ms [redacted] ,Thank you for allowing me to respondI have a very professional background and these remarks are not an honest reflection of the events that took placeI do not need to argue regarding my agreement with Mrs [redacted] as I had a contract in place regarding our agreementI clearly only held my position based on my agreement with Mrs [redacted] .At this point I see we are going to agree to disagreeI've attached a copy of my email to Mrs [redacted] to show my tone in handling her concernsMrs [redacted] , continues to dispute the charge with her bank and at this point they will make the decision to either refund her or stand with the contract I have in place. If you need anything else, I'm happy to answer any questionsSincerely, Natalie P

Please see the attached response provided by the business:"I'm writing in response to the above ID number.Ms*** had chosen to use our services to provide cupcakes for her wedding on August *, Ms*** called and paid in full for that service on July 21, with a payment of $At
the time of that call Ms*** asked my Assistant Manager if delivery was provided. My Assistant Manager advised Ms*** that on one page I listed delivery but on the other I didn't, and that I would have to call her back to advise of delivery or notWhen I came in that morning I called Ms*** and left a message regarding her contract and that on the contract it says "No Delivery"I advised that I quoted delivery and set up at $on my quote page and that if she wanted to add that service she could call and let us know.On August 3, I noticed I had not received a call back from Ms***, so I called and left her a message to call me regarding the delivery or to see when their person would come and pick up the cupcakes.Ms*** called me back and advised that she was told we would deliver the cupcakes a few weeks agoBecause I know I called and advised that there would be an additional charge I stuck to my contract and quoteI offered to deliver the cupcakes at the quoted amount of $100.Ms*** refused and said she wanted to cancel the orderBecause I had supplies and employees already contracted for her order, I told her she could cancel but there would not be a refundAlso per my contract, the client is only allowed to move their date if necessary, not receive any refunds,Ms*** still chose to cancel her order and advised me she would dispute the charge through her bankI received the dispute through her bank and provided the same information I'm providing to youThe bank chose to credit the money back to me as we had a standing contract and I was willing to work with Ms*** within that contracted agreement.Because I tried to work with Ms*** and accommodate the delivery at the quoted amount, I was working within our contracted agreementThere are no refunds for cancelled contracts as I disclosed to her prior to her wedding dateI even asked her if she wanted to still cancel knowing there would not be a refund and she said yes.I am not disclosing a copy of our signed contract because I emailed this to Ms*** on August 4, based on her requestAlso, based on your letter you may post the contract on the Revdex.com website_If you have any further questions or concerns, you may contact me directly at: *** or***

I am rejecting this response because:
Natalie's claims are simply untrueThe first of these claims being that her Assitant Manager informed me "one page said delivery and the other did not." On the contrary, while talking to Natalie's Assistant Manager on July 21st I specifically asked why I was receiving free delivery when my contract said that delivery was an additional expenseNatalie's Assistant Manager assured me that it would not cost extra, and we planned the delivery at that timeShe did not ask me to call back to inform her if I wanted free deliveryWhy wouldn't I want free delivery? The second claim I would like to call out as untrue is Natalie's assertion that she explained to me that she could not cancel because she had already purchased supplies and contracted employeesThis simply never happenedIn fact, part of the reason I cancelled my order is the disrespectful way Natalie treated me over the phoneAs I tried to negotiate a possible discount on delivery, being the circumstance, Natalie told me that she wasn't in the mood to deal with this, as she had a lot going on that weekend (exact words)I explained, "Honestly Natalie, if my business has been such a hassle for you, I will take it elsewhere." Natalie then told me that she had no refund policyI asked her, "Are you seriously ready to charge me for services that I won't even be receiving." Natalie told me yes, and that it was my problem for signing the contractI honestly, have never been treated so poorly and unprofessionallyFinally, I specifically tried to entreat Natalie saying, "You are losing nothing by returning my money for cupcakes you haven't even made yetWhy can't you work with me on this?" To which she responded, "I'm sorry, you signed the contract."The final claim I would like to address is Natalie's assertation that I lost the dispute with my bankThis much is true, however Natalie left out an important part to this storyNatalie never provided the contract in our first dispute, and howbeit she wonHowever, when I brought the contract to my bank, they filed a second dispute with Natalie, which is still underwayMy bank firmly believes that Natalie is in the wrong, because the contract is made void as she has not followed through on her endThus, we have the current situation in which I am paying for something I never received.I honestly have never been in a situation like this in my lifeI have never been treated so poorly by someone I am doing business with, and have never had a contract held against me as I try to respond to this poor treatmentDoes Natalie ethically think it is right to lock a client in when they are truly unhappy with her business? Is Natalie okay with charging someone for services they never relieved? It's a horrible feeling to feel utterly trapped when you are doing businessNo bride should feel that way three days before her weddingNo one should be treated the way I was treated. I have never filed a claim with Revdex.com, and hope I will never have such an bad experience that I will need to do so again in the futureThe reason I'm doing so now, is because I'm calling for helpBeing taken advantage of and feeling helpless is a horrible feelingI never want a bride to go through what I have gone through with NatalieI am just utterly and totally floored this is happening

Ms***,Thank you for allowing me to respondI have a very professional background and these remarks are not an honest reflection of the events that took placeI do not need to argue regarding my agreement with Mrs*** as I had a contract in place regarding our agreementI clearly only held my position based on my agreement with Mrs***.At this point I see we are going to agree to disagreeI've attached a copy of my email to Mrs*** to show my tone in handling her concernsMrs***, continues to dispute the charge with her bank and at this point they will make the decision to either refund her or stand with the contract I have in place. If you need anything else, I'm happy to answer any questions.
