Devin N*** from J and S knocked on our door and offered my husband a free roof inspection to access any damage caused by the recent storms We later found out he was going through the neighborhood doing this hail damageHe had my husband sign a contract and told him we had hail damage and *** then called our insurance company to report the claim of hail damage When the insurance adjuster came out, he showed me how the shingles had been ripped up by hand and now we have over $in damage, which is probably under the deductibleNo one has been up on the roof for many years or so, so who else would have done the damage? I have been an insurance adjuster and know hail and wind damage This is a new roof and this is damage that I have never see before There is direct evidence of shingles being ripped up and now we need to get repairs done or we will have water damage to the house inside
We recently had our roof replaced by J & S Renovations We had obvious wind & hail damage; however, our insurance company refused to pay the claim We went through weeks of going back and forth - it was very stressful We then spoke with Dan Z(and John W***) from J & S who personally met with our insurance adjuster and spent more than minwalking that roof with the adjuster The adjuster approved the claim No other roofing company was able to get this done for us (We had consulted with two other companies who also met with the adjuster.) Dan worked hard on this one and we are very grateful The process was explained in detail and they scheduled the job pretty soon thereafter They did a great job on the roof It looks beautiful too! We did find a few things that we wanted them to address, which they promptly came out to fix Unlike some of the other reviews I've read online we had a set quote and they were prompt with their service I would recommend J & S and make sure you ask for Dan Z
Replaced my front half of room Very professional, courteous, Tarps placed around my house, job completed and when they left my yard and driveway were immaculateDan made everything easy and painless Highly recommend this company
I was very pleased with J & S RenovationsThey kept in touch with me all the time when they replaced my roofTheir work was excellent, the workers were very reliable, came on time and did a great job of cleaning up when it was doneThey answered any questions that I had, Their project manager came by several times alsoI was very comfortable with their work and would recommend them to others
Getting a new roof is hardly the "thing" we love to do...J & S made the experience painlessAfter the necessary 'tear off' and application of the new roof, we could not be more pleasedTheir rep, Dan, never lost patience with my questions, and we never placed a call without Julie's voice ready to help
The crew was courteous, professional, and oh so clean ( thank you one and all) We highly recommend this company and their professional services and personnel
